These are the type and version of browser, the operating system used, the referrer URL (the site visited previously), the host name of the accessing computer (IP address) as well as the time that you accessed the site. These data are stored for internal system performance and statistical purposes. More extensive personal data will only be captured if such details are given voluntarily, for instance within the scope of an enquiry or registration. The data specified above cannot as a rule be assigned to specific persons, none of this data will be merged with other data sources.

2. Use and transmission of personal data
All personal data compiled through the use of our website will only be used for the purposes of replying to enquiries, for fulfilling contracts concluded with us and for technical administration. Your personal data will only be passed on to third parties or otherwise transmitted if this is necessary for the purpose of fulfilling a contract, if this is necessary for accounting purposes or if you have given your approval beforehand. You are entitled to revoke your approval with future effect at any time. The deletion of stored personal data is carried out if you revoke your consent to the storage, if the data is no longer required for the purpose for which it was saved or if storage is no longer in compliance with legal requirements.

The Munich Tumour Centre takes appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against loss of confidentiality, integrity or availability.
