The "Brain tumours" project group of the Munich Tumour Centre has made it its mission, in cooperation with all disciplines involved for each disease, to highlight and discuss optimal treatment concepts.



Diagnostics and therapy, specific tumour entities, palliative measures
This manual is divided into a general section in which the main features of diagnostics and therapy are outlined, as well as a specific section which focusses on incidence, prognosis and therapy in the case of the individual tumour entities. The principles and efficiency of modern rehabilitation are dealt with in a separate chapter and the great significance of palliative measures is explored in a further extensive chapter.
