Malignant and benign bone and soft tissue sarcomas
In addition to malignant bone tumours such as osteo, Ewing and chondrosarcomas, this volume deals with all soft tissue sarcomas as well as benign bone and soft tissue sarcomas. Both tumours belong to a group of tumours which occur rather rarely.
Specialised diagnostics, primary and relapse therapy
The large diversity requires specialised diagnostics in order to be able to derive an adequate therapy with a coordinated interdisciplinary structure. The manual provides an overview of the course of action and was compiled through an interdisciplinary approach. It offers information on diagnostics and therapy for primary as well as for relapse therapy. Aftercare and rehabilitation are also described.
